Andes Pure as a brand of Andes Nativa (Consultora de Turismo AN SPA.) provides all services (transfers and transport by land, water and air, excursions, accommodations, food and beverages, cruises, boat tours, entrances) as confirmed in each Travel Contract/Confirmation to our client in quality, in quantity and in time. We do rely on our contractual service providers, which include local agencies, Hotels, drivers, guides and restaurants. We try to guarantee the best possible service standard, but in case deficiencies or errors occur, travelers have the obligation to contact us immediately on our 24/7 emergency phone so we can correct or improve any failures in service without delay. Without giving us the opportunity to rectify any drawbacks no claim for refund will be accepted.
Andes Nativa is liable in due diligence of a scrupulous merchant for diligent travel preparations, careful selection and monitoring of the suppliers, correctness of the described services which are presently on offer, and for the realization of the services agreed by contract in consideration of the local conditions and particularities, but Andes Nativa has no liability for any contents of tour descriptions, city or hotel leaflets not published or confirmed by us.
Andes Nativa is liable, if one of its contracted staffs does not fulfill the contracted services.
If within a travel arrangement, additional transportation with a public line operation is organized, for which the traveler receives a boarding ticket, then Andes Nativa is affecting external services. Andes Nativa cannot be held liable for the fulfillment of the transportation services. For liabilities please check the transportation regulations of the relevant company, who will be solely liable to the client.
